1. Why are Flysound hearing aids so affordable?

Our mission is “Make good hearing aids affordable.” We benchmark the quality of the world’s top five brands and use advanced chips, along with many senior-friendly designs—such as our patented anti-loss strap, remote control, and all-in-one charging & drying case. At the same time, we keep costs to a minimum so that more people can benefit from high-quality hearing solutions at an affordable price.

This hearing aid is suitable only for people with mild, moderate, moderately-severe, or severe hearing loss. It is NOT suitable for people with profound hearing loss.

After wearing the hearing aids, turn on phone Bluetooth, find and connect to the "hearing aid" device. Then play music/videos on your phone to hear through the aids.

Open the charging case and take out the remote. There are four buttons in total.

  1. M Button (Mode/Switch Button):​​ Press once to cycle through different scene modes (Intelligent Mode / Noisy Mode / Outdoor Mode / Indoor Mode).
  2. Volume Buttons:​​ Adjust volume for the left and right hearing aids.
  3. Find Button (Indoor Locator):​​ When a hearing aid is lost indoors, close indoor lights and curtains, then press this button. The blue indicator light on the hearing aid will flash for 2 minutes to help locate it. This function works best at night."

Improper wearing when using the hearing aids for the first time may cause "whistling" (feedback), especially at maximum volume.
​​Common causes and solutions:​​

  1. Earwax in ear canal:​​ Clean earwax first, then wear.
  2. Poor seal between ear tip and ear canal:​​ Re-wear correctly.
  3. Hearing aid not fully inserted:​​ Whistling stops once fully inserted.
  4. During removal:​​ Whistling stops once removed.
  5. Hearing aid aging/damage:​​ Needs replacement.
  6. Wrong ear tip size:​​ Choose the correct size double-layer ear tip.
  7. Blocked microphone ports:​​ Check for blockages and clean if necessary.
  8. Using open or single-layer ear tips:​​ Replace with double-layer ear tips.
  9. Volume too high:​​ Lower the volume.
  10. Enable "Feedback Eliminator"​​ in the APP after connection.
