Shipping Restrictions

Important: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.


Processing & Delivery Time

Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Our fulfillment team typically processes and ships orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 7 business days after the shipment leaves our facility. Please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen events such as inclement weather, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions.

  • During peak periods, including sales events or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
  • Delivery availability may vary by region. Some remote areas may have limited courier service.
  • Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For special shipping inquiries outside of the U.S., please email us at support@flysounds.com. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • For orders containing multiple items, we will attempt to ship all items together. However, depending on product availability and warehouse logistics, items may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@flysounds.com before your order is shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to reroute it, and Flysounds cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


Address Changes After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, changing the delivery address may not be possible. In rare cases, the shipping carrier may allow address updates for an additional handling fee (typically $50 or more). This fee, if applicable, is the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Please first confirm that the address on your order was entered correctly. Check all possible delivery locations, including front porches, building lobbies, mailrooms, or with neighbors. If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package after 24 hours, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@flysounds.com.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email support@flysounds.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with filing a claim and arranging a replacement if necessary.


Received the Wrong Item

If you receive an incorrect or unexpected item in your order, please notify our support team at support@flysounds.com. We’ll make it right.
