This page outlines the details of our one-year limited warranty, replacement terms, exclusions, shipping details, and claim procedures.


1. One-Year Limited Warranty

All Flysounds hearing aids are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers (but is not limited to):

2.1 Device failing to power on or operate normally
2.2 Abnormal audio output
2.3 Internal component failure due to manufacturing defects
2.4 Battery or charging malfunctions not caused by misuse


2. Out of Warranty

The following conditions are excluded from this warranty:

2.1 Human-caused damage, including accidents, drops, misuse, or improper handling
2.2 Natural disasters or force majeure (e.g., fire, flooding, lightning, earthquake)
2.3 Compatibility issues with third-party apps, smartphones, or accessories
2.4 Normal wear and tear (e.g., reduced battery capacity, aging ear tips, discoloration over time)
2.5 Unauthorized purchases (e.g., second-hand units or purchases from unauthorized sellers)
2.6 Physical component damage, including cracked housings, broken buttons, broken ear tips, or bent charging ports
2.7 Unauthorized repairs or modifications
2.8 Cosmetic defects not affecting functionality
2.9 Loss or theft: Coverage does not apply if the device is lost or stolen due to personal mishandling or individual circumstances


3. How to File a Warranty or Replacement Claim

To submit a claim, please follow these steps:

3.2 Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable, your contact information and address.
3.3 Flysounds will evaluate the warranty request within 5-10 business days and reach out to the customer by email or phone to verify the issue and provide a resolution
3.4 You will receive a resolution by email or phone, which may include one of the following:

Resolution Options:

  • Repair: We fix the defect and return the product to you
  • Replacement: You receive a new or refurbished unit of equal value
  • Upgrade Option: You may choose to upgrade to a different model at discounted pricing (optional)
  • Store Credit: If replacement is unavailable, we may offer credit toward a future purchase

4. Warranty Period for Replacement Products

The warranty period for replacement items will continue from the remaining duration of the original product’s warranty.

If the remaining warranty is less than 30 days, it will be automatically extended to 30 days from the date of replacement shipment.

Once a product has been fully refunded, any associated warranty coverage is considered terminated and void.

4.1 Quality-Related Warranty Claims (Within 30 Days)

  • If the product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, Flysounds will cover return shipping costs.
  • This policy applies only to items shipped and returned within the original country of purchase.

4.2 Quality-Related Claims (After 30 Days)

  • After the initial 45-day period, customers are responsible for covering all shipping expenses related to warranty service, including sending the item to Flysounds and receiving it back after repair or replacement.

4.3 Return Shipping Not Covered by Flysounds

  • For warranty claims that are not based on confirmed product defects, all shipping costs must be paid by the customer, regardless of purchase date.
  • Products returned for personal reasons without a verified defect
  • Warranty claims for products purchased outside the original country of purchase
  • Accidental returns initiated by the customer (e.g., incorrect order placed by mistake)
  • Return of personal items mistakenly sent with the product
  • Devices returned as defective but found to be fully functional after inspection by Flysounds’ quality team
  • Return of defective products shipped internationally
  • Unauthorized returns, including any warranty-related returns made without prior approval or valid return authorization from Flysounds

5. Warranty Limitations

5.1 Geographic Limitation: The Flysounds limited warranty is valid only within the original country of purchase. If the product is transported to a different country or shipped internationally following an online purchase—even through an authorized sales channel—the warranty will be considered void and unenforceable in the new location.

5.2 Warranty Claim Window: To maintain eligibility for warranty service: A warranty claim must be fully completed within 30 days of the initial submission. Claims submitted after 30 days, or after the product’s original warranty period has expired (whichever comes first), will be declined. Late submissions or unresponsive cases beyond the claim window may be automatically closed without action.

5.3 Product Return Conditions: If Flysounds requests the return of a defective item for inspection or replacement: You must return the exact same unit reported as defective, including matching serial numbers (if applicable). If the returned product does not match the original claim, or if the defective item is not returned at all, the replacement device will not be eligible for future warranty coverage, and your claim may be rejected.


6. Disclaimer

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Flysounds be liable for:

  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, loss of use, or lost profits
  • Damages arising from third-party devices, accessories, or apps used with Flysounds products

7. Transport Responsibility

  • For returns related to verified quality issues, if the customer uses a prepaid shipping label provided by Flysounds, any damage or loss that occurs during transit will be Flysounds’ responsibility.
  • For returns related to non-quality issues, the customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping. Flysounds is not liable and will not issue refunds for items damaged in transit under non-defective return conditions.
